Sotiris Kirginas holds a PhD from the Faculty of Communication & Media Studies of the University of Athens. He is currently a postdoctoral research in the area of haptic games. He has taught at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the Department of Early Childhood Education, the Faculty of Communication & Media Studies of the University of Athens, as well as at the Hellenic Open University and ASPAITE. His research focuses on educational technology, ICT in education and Digital Game-based learning. He has (co) authored more than 40 publications in peer-reviewed conferences, international journals, edited volumes.
